As a mother, it’s so easy to get lost in taking care of your children and not taking care of yourself. While we always provide education as the moments present during sessions with your baby, sometimes it’s nice to just focus on you. Take some extra time to connect with the therapist about how you’re feeling and find ways to help you live more freely.

Holding and feeding a new baby is surprisingly hard on the body. We can recommend positions to help you maintain good posture and body mechanics to prevent aches and pains in the future.
